All five of our Pennsylvania DUI lawyers have been qualified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in the road-side "tests" that you may have submitted to just before your arrest.  This training allows us to break down these tests, and attempt to demonstrate why these exercises, individually, are at best only 68% reliable in predicting that your blood alcohol level was over 0.08%.
Two of our attorneys are actually Qualified Instructors in these Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and three are pending qualification.

We have also undergone the Drug Recognition Evaluation (DRE) qualification program through NHTSA.  This allows us to fully evaluate all DUI cases that are based on medication or drugs, and determine whether all protocols were followed by the arresting and investigating officers.  Even if all protocols were followed, the DRE program is very challengeable in court.

Our Pennsylvania DUI lawyers have received advanced training in Blood and Urine Testing issues.  We have studied with top forensic scientists across the country and nationally, attending comprehensive lectures, in order to help us identify and evaluate blood and urine testing issues in your PA DUI case.  Along with other experts that we might recommend to you, we determine whether the blood draw was done properly, whether the sample was stored properly, and whether proper testing procedures were applied in order to obtain an allegedly scientifically reliable result.

We even own one of the DUI breath testing machines used in the Lehigh area.  We are committed to applying all of our knowledge on breath testing to your case, based on our years of breath testing litigation experience, as well as the multiple lectures that we attend every year on DUI defense.  We will assess whether you were properly observed by the arresting and testing officers prior to the breath testing.  We will determine whether your medical history, employment or hobbies could possibly effect whether the sample you gave was accurately read by the breath testing machine.
